Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree/BS/B.E/BS Degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 60% marks from HEC-recognized universities and may apply for these vacancies.

MEPCO is licensed by NEPRA exclusively for the distribution of electricity in the service terraces spread across 13 administrative districts of South Punjab. On May 14, 1998, the government of Pakistan decided to corporatize the energy sector in Pakistan.

MEPCO was established to acquire all the properties, rights, assets, liabilities, and obligations of the Multan Area Electricity Board, transmission lines of grid stations, and supply system. After 21 years of service in 2020, MEPCO is providing electricity directly and exclusively to 34 million people in 13 districts of South Punjab.
